HELLOWEENER

Mike Nielsen came up with a cool gang for Shadowrun called the Helloweeners.  This is the first Helloweener I did.  I love the restrictive, gallows-like harness on this scary chick.  The handcuffs through the board is inspired by a device that serial killer John Wayne Gacy used.  Very scary stuff.
